Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Employee Onboarding:
- Assist with the preparation of onboarding documents and welcome kits.
- Support the orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee files (both physical and digital).
- Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and performance appraisals.
HR Administrative Support:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining HR-related documentation.
- Help in preparing reports on HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover, training participation, etc.).
Training and Development:
- Help coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Track training attendance and feedback from participants.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Gather employee feedback through surveys and informal discussions.
HR Projects:
- Support HR initiatives aimed at improving organizational processes, employee satisfaction, and workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
