Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team at Apping Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, ensuring high system reliability, and collaborating with development teams to improve deployment processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.

Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.

Implement containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for application deployment.

Maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean) and optimize resource utilization.

Configure logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

Enhance security by implementing best practices in access control, firewall configuration, and vulnerability assessments.

Support microservices architecture and manage API gateways.

Work closely with developers to optimize code deployment and scalability.

Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies for critical systems.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

2+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Site Reliability Engineering.

Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.

Strong expertise in CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean.

Knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) using Terraform or Ansible.

Experience in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Familiarity with networking concepts, firewalls, and security best practices.

Good understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.

Experience in scaling high-traffic applications.

Knowledge of Python, Go, or Bash scripting for automation.
