We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, propose innovative solutions, and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather and communicate requirements.

Solution Design & Delivery:

  • Work with development and QA teams to ensure that solutions align with business requirements.
  • Participate in designing process flows, wireframes, or prototypes to represent user requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation of user stories, use cases, and workflows.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze large datasets to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Testing & Validation:

  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
  • Identify and resolve defects or inconsistencies in delivered solutions.

Project Management Support:

  • Assist in project planning, scoping, and prioritization.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.

Documentation & Training:

  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), system requirement specifications (SRS), and training materials.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, operations, or a relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Slack).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
