Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
Process Analysis & Improvement:
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements.
- Develop detailed process maps and workflows to streamline operations.
Solution Design:
- Work with development teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals.
- Participate in solution testing to ensure functionality meets requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Facilitate communication and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Data Analysis:
- Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
Project Support:
- Support project management activities, including planning, risk assessment, and progress reporting.
- Ensure project deliverables align with defined objectives and timelines.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (e.g., Product Owner, Systems Analyst).
- Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., finance, healthcare, technology].
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA, or Agile-related certifications.
- Familiarity with SQL or basic programming for data extraction and analysis.
