Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

Process Analysis & Improvement:

  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Develop detailed process maps and workflows to streamline operations.

Solution Design:

  • Work with development teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals.
  • Participate in solution testing to ensure functionality meets requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
  • Facilitate communication and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Data Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.

Project Support:

  • Support project management activities, including planning, risk assessment, and progress reporting.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with defined objectives and timelines.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (e.g., Product Owner, Systems Analyst).
  • Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., finance, healthcare, technology].

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA, or Agile-related certifications.
  • Familiarity with SQL or basic programming for data extraction and analysis.
