Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing user interfaces and experiences using Figma, along with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring concepts to life and ensure an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces and user experiences using Figma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Develop design systems and ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, design systems, and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and usability principles.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with user research techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
• Familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
• Animation and micro-interaction design experience.
