Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.

Employee Onboarding:

  • Assist with the preparation of onboarding documents and welcome kits.
  • Support the orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain and update employee files (both physical and digital).
  • Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and performance appraisals.

HR Administrative Support:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining HR-related documentation.
  • Help in preparing reports on HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover, training participation, etc.).

Training and Development:

  • Help coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
  • Track training attendance and feedback from participants.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.
  • Gather employee feedback through surveys and informal discussions.

HR Projects:

  • Support HR initiatives aimed at improving organizational processes, employee satisfaction, and workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Attributes:
