As an IT Business Analyst Intern at Apping Technology, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the development of innovative IT solutions. This role provides hands-on experience in understanding software development lifecycles, stakeholder management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.
• Assist in defining business needs and recommending technology solutions.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance business processes.
• Support in creating user stories, workflows, wireframes, and functional documentation.
• Work with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment of business objectives.
• Participate in process mapping, gap analysis, and risk assessments for IT projects.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business proposals.
• Test and validate system functionality against business requirements.
• Help in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for improvements.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, or process modeling is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business models.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Understanding of databases, API integrations, and enterprise systems.
