Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves conducting market analysis, interpreting data, and making recommendations that will influence our strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to help drive our business forward.

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement in operational performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
  • Facilitate the integration of new technology and systems into existing business processes.
  • Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to develop and implement new business processes and systems.
  • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning.
  • Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with other analytical tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with others.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
