Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized project manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Proven working experience in project management, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
