Job Description:

We are transitioning from Netsuite to the Odoo ERP system and are seeking a talented Odoo Developer to join our team. In this on-site role, you will develop, customize, and maintain our Odoo ERP system to enhance and streamline our business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly the IT department, to gather requirements and ensure the ERP system meets our business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, customize, and configure Odoo modules and Point of Sale (POS) solutions to align with company requirements.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and update Odoo modules as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Create custom reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of key business domains, including Accounting, Inventory, and Sales.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture.
• Experience working collaboratively in a version-controlled environment, using Git best practices and repository structures.
• Hands-on experience in ERP system development and a strong understanding of ERP domain concepts.
• Experience with Odoo ERP is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with Netsuite ERP is a plus (optional).
