Proven experience as a Business Analyst in app development, mobile/web technologies, or software projects.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, SQL, and BI tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
