We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Associate to support the marketing efforts for our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to create compelling strategies that drive product adoption, improve market visibility, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Positioning & Messaging:

  • Develop clear and compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
  • Tailor messaging for various buyer personas and stages of the buyer journey.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Gather insights from customer feedback, surveys, and focus groups to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.

Content Development & Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create product-focused materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and website copy.
  • Design and execute product marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.

Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, product guides, and competitive analysis.
  • Train the sales team on new products, key messaging, and target audience strategies.

Product Launches:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating efforts across departments to ensure timely and successful rollouts.
  • Track and report on product performance post-launch to assess success and identify improvement areas.

Metrics & Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to optimize ROI.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track key metrics related to product engagement and adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS or technology product marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
