Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the development and strategic direction of our key products. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception through launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and deliver maximum value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and priorities.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including concept, design, development, launch, and phase-out.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and use this data to drive improvements.
• Present product plans and progress reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure products comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong ability to assess value, develop cases, and prioritize requirements and ideas.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and a keen eye for innovation.
