Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Mumbai office. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our business processes and systems by conducting detailed analysis and proposing solutions that support strategic objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure project goals are met.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with business intelligence software such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL and database management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines.
