Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand data needs.
Design and maintain data models, databases, and analytical tools.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend optimizations.
Assist in the development of predictive models and forecasting tools.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with data governance policies.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
1–3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex data clearly.
Preferred:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation.
