Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product satisfies customer needs.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscape.
• Develop and implement product plans, including timelines, evaluation metrics, and resources.
• Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including presentations to senior management and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with proficiency in product management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
