A successful Junior Associate Talent Acquisition will collaborate with department managers and Sales team on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter must have great interest in people combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to grow and maintain a strong talent and hiring manager pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials such as advertisement designs and recruitment related blogs to be posted on job board/social media/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using internal databases, social media, webinars, campus recruitment etc
- Use AI to screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Use AI to do assessments on applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Proactively contact potential job seekers through calls, emails, and social media and educate candidates about the benefits of creating a work profile on the Workforce Pro recruitment platform.
- Identify and reach out to hiring managers, recruiters, and HR professionals and present the Workforce Pro recruitment platform as a solution for their hiring needs. Explain subscription plans, features, and benefits of the platform
- Maintain relationships with clients to encourage long-term subscriptions and renewals.
- Assist on onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
