Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and design effective solutions that enhance business processes and drive strategic objectives. This role involves analyzing and improving business operations, managing data, and ensuring seamless communication between business units and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and define clear business requirements.

Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.

Process Improvement & Optimization:

Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, or new technologies to meet business objectives.

Develop and present business cases for process changes and new initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Collect and analyze business data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth.

Develop regular reports to track KPIs, project progress, and performance metrics.

Support data-driven decision-making by creating dashboards and data visualizations.

Solution Design & Implementation:

Work with IT and technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.

Assist in system design, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new tools, platforms, or processes.

Ensure the implementation of business solutions is aligned with business goals and objectives.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather feedback and align solutions with business needs.

Manage expectations and provide clear updates on project progress and potential roadblocks.

Change Management & Training:

Support change management efforts related to process and system changes.

Create user documentation, conduct training sessions, and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Project Management Support:

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.

Monitor project timelines, manage risks, and escalate issues to project managers as necessary.
