Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and strategic direction of our flagship products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product lifecycle management and a proven track record of successful product launches.

Responsibilities: 

• Define the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirements and specify the research needed to obtain market information.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Test and iterate on product prototypes based on feedback.
• Prepare and deliver regular product performance reviews to stakeholders and executive teams.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in technology or related sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
